Please be advised that your gallery will be available for a period of 10 days. After this time, the gallery will expire, and a $50 fee will be required to reopen it for additional ordering. This policy is in place to ensure timely payment for the photographer’s services, as delayed orders impact our ability to process and fulfill orders efficiently. Once an order is placed, your gallery will remain active until June of the following calendar year, after which it will expire. 

All ordered images will be professionally retouched for blemish removal and color accuracy before they are submitted to our labs. Retouching is completed in the order that orders are received, ensuring a fair and organized workflow.

Please note that all orders are custom-made and should be inspected upon arrival. Any issues, such as damage or missing items, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales, including prints, digital downloads, and session fees, are final. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly address any concerns within reason, but please understand that all sales are non-refundable.
