By placing an order with Marci and Christy / Marci Ralph Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Payments are processed securely through our online payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. No work will begin on your order until payment has been received. Processing times typically range from 3-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the products ordered.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship all products via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times may vary depending on the size of the product and delivery location. Larger items may be shipped separately.
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless there is a defect or error in your order, which must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Retouching
Basic retouching (e.g., blemish removal, color correction) is included with your order. Any additional retouching requests beyond what is provided may incur an additional fee.
Digital Files
Digital files, once purchased, are non-refundable. The client is responsible for downloading and storing their digital files upon delivery.
Image Use
All images produced by [Your Photography Business Name] remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Purchased digital files are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any images without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations and Refunds
