FAQ - Image Gallery and Ordering Process
How long is my gallery available?
You
have ten (10) days to view your stunning gallery, make your selections,
and place your order. The gallery expiration date is noted at the top
of your gallery. After 10 days, if no order is placed, a $100 fee will
be added to your total. So, don’t wait too long—your favorites are
waiting!
How do I access my gallery?
Simply
head to [HOME], enter your access code, and create an account to unlock
all the pricing and products available to you. Your gorgeous images are
just a few clicks away!
Can I view and place orders on my phone?
For
the best shopping experience, we recommend using a desktop or tablet.
While your phone might show some features, it’s like looking at art in a
tiny frame—you’ll want the full experience!
Can I share proof-marked images from my gallery?
We
ask that you refrain from sharing any proof-marked images. However, if
you're eager to show off your favorites on social media, we offer a chic
Social Media App just for that purpose.
What happens after I place my order?
Once
your order is placed and paid for, we’ll get to work retouching every
item—blemishes be gone, colors pop, and distractions disappear! Your
images will be retouched to perfection and processed in the order they
are received.
Is there a minimum order amount for additional purchases?
Yes, after your initial order, any additional purchases must meet a $100 minimum.
Can I schedule a family session now that my senior session is done?
Absolutely! Now that you've completed your senior session, you can book a family session with no session fee. You just need to meet the minimum order requirement on prints and products—let’s capture those family moments!
How are my products shipped?
Your
products will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger items, like Luxe
Canvases, Coffee Table Books, and Albums, may ship separately. Keep an
eye out for those exciting deliveries!
How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?
Your beautiful purchases will arrive within 4-6 weeks after payment. Trust us, it’ll be worth the wait!
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please
inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If there are any issues, let
us know within 24 hours. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
